"Chef Rawshell"

Rachel Zovar aka " Chef Rawshell" has been sharing the knowledge of Healing foods to people for over 20 years. After completing her degree in Psychology at UC Berkeley, she followed her passion for healing by studying Gourmet living Cuisine and the Raw lifestyle working to integrate herbs and organic cuisine into a super-foodie lifestyle. She has worked and studied with Chefs such as Juliano, Katrina Blair, and Matthew Kenney. As a Cancer Survivor and food activist Rachel is determined to assist people's well being through learning to make their own nutritional dishes. Through the raw food diet Rawshell has helped clients with Autism, ADD, ADHD, Cancer, Fertility issues, Chronic Fatigue, Candida, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Interstitial Cystitis and more.

Currently Rawshell is a Therapeutic chef and Nutritional Coach in Pacific Palisades, California, She teaches gourmet Vegan/Raw food and sprout gardening workshops. She is currently designing a healing Center that combines living foods, herbal medicine, Yoga and animal therapy as a way to holistically heal many types of illnesses and conditions.
