A Word from Our President
Welcome to the Delta chapter of Alpha Phi at Cornell University! Our chapter has been a presence on the Cornell campus since 1889, and thousands of women have lived the principles of Alpha Phi and shared them with the Cornell community. Alpha Phi encourages lifelong membership by focusing on sisterhood, service, loyalty, scholarship, leadership and character development. As President, I would like to formally invite you to explore our website (link below) and see what makes Alpha Phi so unique.
First, I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly honored I am to represent such an amazing group of women who I have the privilege of calling my sisters. Each and every day, I am inspired by these women whose talent, ambition, and positive attitude embody what it means to be an Alpha Phi. For those of us who are a part of Alpha Phi, it is truly more than just a sorority - it is a place where we can call home.
College is an exciting opportunity for you to explore and create your own future. Joining this organization has truly changed my college experience for the better. Alpha Phi has given me life-long friendships and memories that I will cherish far beyond my college years. I am thankful for the opportunities and experiences Alpha Phi has provided me and know I will carry them with me in my future endeavors.
On behalf of Alpha Phi, we thank you for continuing to stay connected with our chapter. We wish you a Phi-nomenal year, and hope to see you soon!
All my regards,
Amanda Yellen, amy28@cornell.edu
