Family Lunch
Great conversation, family time and lots of smiles!
Next lunches are planned for January 15th, March 5th and May 8th.
Gator U
Over 50 students participate in this program that runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The program focuses on academic programming, expanded opportunities for enrichment, and community outreach.
Some of the things students are currently learning about and experiencing include: team building, learning chess, and making fleece tie blankets for those in need.
News
Reduction in Chronic Absences
One of the supports offered this year to increase on time attendance has been the implementation of a Walking School Bus. KTTC highlighted our attendance progress by doing a feature story on the Walking School Bus.
Partner Spotlight
Girl Scouts
Girls in grades 3-5 are participating in the once a week troop that meets during their lunch and recess periods.
This year, over 60 girls are participating.
They are currently working towards:
3rd graders are working on a painting badge, 4th graders are working on a detective badge, and
5th graders are working on a business owner badge.
