SPRING BOOT CAMP

STRENGTHEN, TONE & DEFINE YOUR BODY!

We'll combine heart-pumping cardio conditioning with full-body strength training in an easy to follow, yet challenging one hour class. We'll use free weights for upper and lower body and abdominal conditioning, and end with a cool down stretch.
