Toddler & Youth Programs
Sandwich Park Disitrict
Mother Goose Club Preschool
Instructor: Barb Olin
Aide: Tracie Hutson
Your child can expect a safe, warm, and secure environment with developmentally appropriate activities, materials, and equipment. Children are encouraged to express themselves through math, science, art, and manipulative play experiences. “Together Time”, with stories, songs, and finger plays adds to the fun; along with large and small muscle activities. The alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, and name printing are introduced, along with counting and cutting skills. A nutritious snack is provided each day.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Young children learn best through hands-on experiences and need many opportunities to express their feelings. Emphasis is placed on social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development with our “learn through play” approach. The Mother Goose Club program is designed to encourage play, which is a child’s primary means of expression and problem solving.
