Phone System

It is likely that our phones will be down in the elementary for several weeks. We are working diligently to get the phone system replaced as quickly as possible. Please feel free to email us at if you need to communicate or report an absence.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Just a Few Reminders About Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Doors open at 7:45am.

Please drop students off in the morning in the back of the school (Door 15). For safety reasons, do not drop students off in front of the building around buses between 7:45am - 8:05am . Door 19 is for bus drop off only during that time.

If you are dropping off a tardy student (after 8:05), please escort your student into the elementary office. They must come in and get a tardy slip before reporting to class. After 8:05, you may use door 19 to enter the building.

When picking students up during dismissal, please pick them up in Circle Drive (Door 15). Walkers and bike riders will be dismissed after all car riders are gone. Please understand that this is for the safety of our students.

If there is a change in normal afternoon transportation for your student, please call or email the elementary office by 2:00pm. We will not allow any change in transportation without verbal or written authorization from a guardian/parent.

Signing Students In/Out

Please come in with your cell phone when signing your student in or when picking them up early. You will be asked to sign your student in and out with a QR code this year. This will improve confidentiality as well as make the documentation process easy for everyone.
