PSAT's- Saturday, October 15th

PSAT Testing is tomorrow, Saturday, October 15, 2022. Registered students should make sure to arrive at Pennsbury High School WEST no later than 8:00am. Testing will begin promptly at 8:30am and as per CollegeBoard testing guidelines, students arriving late will not be permitted to enter the test center. Students will enter the building through the Keller Hall doors. Room Assignments are posted outside the Counseling Offices in both buildings.

Please bring your Calculator. See list of CollegeBoard approved calculators here. Cell phones, wearable technology (smartwatches/fitness trackers), and any other electronic devices are not permitted during the exam, including during breaks, so if you bring any of these items with you they will be collected by the room proctor at the beginning of the exam and returned to you at the end of the exam.

Photo ID is not required for the PSAT. There are no tickets for the PSAT. Students can confirm their registration by verifying their name on the room assignment list posted.

The exam will end at approximately 11:30-11:45am. Please note, finish time will be later for students testing with accommodations that include extended time. These students will be dismissed approximately 1:30pm.

Don't forget to get plenty of rest and eat breakfast before arriving for the test. Students are permitted to bring a drink and a small snack that can be eaten quickly during one of the 5 minute breaks.

Students interested in any of the following institutions should consider registering for Instant Decision Day: Arcadia University, Commonwealth University (Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, Mansfield), Holy Family University, Millersville University, Kutztown University, LaSalle University, Rider University, Widener University, East Stroudsburg University, Gwynedd Mercy University, and Thomas Jefferson University on October 26th, 27th, 28th. Political Awareness Club

Are you interested in current events? Want to learn about politics with others who are passionate? Join the Political Awareness Club next Tuesday, October 18th from 2:30-3:30 in room B256 to discuss Post-Roe America.


In June, the Supreme Court decision Roe v Wade was overturned. Join the Political Awareness Club to learn more about this decision and the history of Roe v Wade. As always, the Political Awareness Club is a nonpartisan club that strives to create a safe space for political discourse in Pennsbury’s student community.

The Pennsbury Girls Volleyball team thanks all those who generously donated canned & dry goods at our home games. We collected over 300 pounds for the Morrisville backpack pantry. Kudos!


Our last home game is Senior Night on Thursday 9/13. JV plays at 5:30pm, Varsity plays at 6:30pm.

Interested in playing Boys Lacrosse?

All boys who have an interest in playing are welcome to join us for Speed Lacrosse sessions starting Tuesdays and Thursdays in October starting this Tuesday, October 11th. We will spend some extra time working with new players to teach the basics before putting you into the games. Please email Coach Curtis (phslax@gmail.com) if you need a stick and we will be sure to have one for you.

We will meet on campus at Pennsbury High School on the JV practice field from 3-4:30 PM. This field is located adjacent to the field hockey field on the corner of Hood Blvd. and Queen Anne Dr. Meet at the field for all sessions. Email phslax@gmail.com with any questions.

Pennsbury Unified Bocce

We are happy to start our second year of Unified Bocce at Pennsbury High School. Special Olympics PA Interscholastic Unified Sports® (IUS) is a fully-inclusive co-ed after school high

school sports program which successfully brings together students with and without intellectual disabilities. Reminder – all participants (athletes & partners) will need a PIAA physical and winter sport athletes are not eligible for bocce. We can have a maximum of 16 athletes (8 athletes, 8 partners) on our roster.
