Who Am I?

Brain Hemisphere

"Your Design mind(right brain) attends to the melody of life whereas your sign mind(left brain) attends to the notes that compose the melodies. And here is the key to natural writing;the melodies must come first."

Although I use the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process nessessary, I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means that I am a mostly holistic, random, concrete, intuitive, non-verbal, and fantasy thinker. However, sometimes I need more linear, sequential, symbolic logical, verbal, and reality thinking.

I am blue which means that I am the type of person that doesn't really like to lead. I go along with whatever anyone or any of the other colors say and I just follow them. I am also blue because I am trustworthy, a peacemaker, emotional, a team player, and I think of others. I'm also devoted to whatever I do, I'm friendly, loyal, and nurturing which is why my color is blue.

Decision Making

Behavioral Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style focus on people and social aspects, consider the well-being of others, acquire information by listening and interacting with others, evaluate information by using feelings and instincts, and they have a low tolerance for uncertainty. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as wishy-washy, too concerned about others, or that I can't say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for me to interact with other people.
