October 28th - November 1st - Pumpkin Week!

Pumpkin Week will be very busy with some of our favorite activities!

Tuesday, October 29th - Willson Spooktacular from 5:30 to 7:00

Thursday, October 31st - Pajama day! Wear your pajamas and we will all enjoy a movie and snacks together in the gym. We do this instead of costumes because it's hard to keep track of all the parts and it's really hard to go potty with a costume on!

Friday, November 1st - Field trip to the library!

Fun Friday!

We will try to have a fun activity for the whole school every Friday. Information will be posted here, on our Willson Preschool Facebook page, flyers and Class Dojo!

Friday November 1st -Field trip to the Crawfordsville Library for stories and songs!

Family Fun!

The Family Fun section of our digital newsletter will focus on a fun, family activity that reinforces the theme that we are working on in school. It will be a story, a song, or an outdoor activity that everyone can work on together.

Don't get bored during Fall Break! Check out the Fall Bucket List below for lots of fun, family activities.

Take some snapshots or video of your family enjoying this activity and send them through the Willson Preschool Facebook page. We will share your pictures so everyone can see our awesome Willson families!

Picture Retakes - Wednesday, November 6th

Picture Retake day will be Wednesday November 6th. If you would like to have retakes, you must send in your original picture packet on this day. If your child does not attend school on Wednesdays you may bring them between 10:00 and 11:00 AM to have their picture taken. If your child has enrolled after September 4th you should have received a picture order form. Please send the completed form with payment on that day if you wish to purchase a portrait package. Please call the Willson office if you need an order form or if you have any questions.

It finally feels like fall!

With the cooler temperatures please make sure to dress your child appropriately. We go outside everyday as long as the playground is not wet. All jackets need to have first and last name written clearly on the tag so we can reunite with it's rightful owner if it's lost. Thank you!

Substitute teachers needed!

Do you love kids? Are you looking for a fun job with a flexible schedule? Be a substitute teacher! Go to https://www.cville.k12.in.us/Page/363 and check out the qualifications. If you don't quite meet the qualifications you can call our Central Office at 765-362-2342 and discuss.

Transportation notes

We are still having children returned to school because there is no one to meet them at the bus stop. It's impossible for the drivers to arrive at exactly the same time every day due to traffic, trains, construction and varying schedules. Please be ready and waiting 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up and drop off time. Please read the transportation notice below!

If your child misses the bus picking them up and you can bring them to school, please drop off in car line. Our car line meets in the parking lot off Wabash Ave. Doors do not open for school until 7:50 AM for AM classes and 11:20 AM for PM classes. You cannot drop off earlier than those times.
