Friday Afternoon Student Pick up
ELEMENTARY PARENTS: Due to Dutchfest set up behind the school, parents picking up elementary students after school Friday should pull in front of the elementary entrance, NOT the playground area. All students riding home on the bus will board at the high school (main) entrance. Thanks for your cooperation in helping to ensure the safety of our students.
Students staying after school Friday are not officially supervised unless assigned to a specific project. We ask that students return home after school, and then accompany their parents to Dutchfest.
General Dutchfest Information
Tokens: Don't forget that food will be purchased using tokens. Many people asked that we accept credit cards along with cash for food and drink purchases at Dutchfest, and this will allow us to do so. We will NOT accept cash or credit cards at the food building, you must purchase tokens before getting in line to order your food or drinks. One token = $1. Unused tokens can be used year after year. All sales final. Tokens have no cash value.
Dutchfest Food Tokens will be available for purchase during Dutchfest at the Token Tent, conveniently located near the food building.
Help needed after Dutchfest: Help would be greatly appreciated to take down tables and chairs immediately following Dutchfest on Saturday. If you are able, please plan to stay briefly and help us.
Dutchfest Children’s Activity Wristbands will be available for purchase at the information booth and the information table at the main entrance. We offer one or two day wristbands. Tickets for individual activities are also available for 50 cents each.
Dutchfest yard signs: Thanks to everyone who displayed signs to promote Dutchfest. After the event, don’t throw it away—return it to the school. We will put stickers with new dates that can be used next year.
No School - May 7
