McNair Junior High is for every student to be high school ready with a college and career mindset by purposefully encouraging individual strengths, goals, accountability, exposure and participation in the global community. Each student will develop a desire to be his or her best self by purposefully aiming for academic and social readiness that produces global competitiveness.

I think we can all agree that the last couple of week's have been long and stressful! Please keep your focus and remember the importance of banding together and working as a team! You all are amazing and I am blessed to work with each one of you!

Reminders
1. Please make sure that you are updating your lesson plans and that you have plans posted BEFORE your classes begin.
2. Please make sure you are inputting grades into INOW on a weekly basis. You should input 2 grades per week. Remember- we are focused on MASTERY! Grades should be a representation of a students ability to show mastery, not compliance or completion.
3. There will be a pizza party for the first 1A class to submit all of their Parent Compacts- 100% completion is a requirement for Title I Compliance! Please keep reminding students to return these forms!
4. No passes out during 4th block!
