If your sponsor lives near you then she/he will be there and help you present to your friends and family if they are far away then most likely they will be on Zoom virtually to help you present. Most important thing to do is CALL everyone and over invite - we usually have about 10 % of people come. So keep calling till you have a good number that will commit to coming. When they say yes, say 'great! I'll save you a spot! Let me know if something happens so I can fit someone else in.'

Event Basics
Arbonne Event Basics
- Arrive 20-25 minutes before…not one hour before and not 5 minutes before;
- Bring only what you can carry in the house in your own arms in one trip;
- Show the hostess how simple it is;
- We don’t need to overwhelm guests or anyone else by bringing 80 different products;
- Bring Re9, Nutrition and top 5 favorites;
- Catalogs
- Order Forms
- Event script
- Pens, calculator
- Your calendar
- If you are bringing a protein shake have it already made in a cute container; Loud blender is distracting when people arrive. Same with Fizzy if you want to do that
- Bring disposable cups.
- Chat with hostess about who is coming to the show…you are looking for builders and investigating at this time; If she says her sister, neighbor etc. Ask what those people do for work, kids, etc.
- Set up your products quickly, put away your personal things and offer to help hostess with last minute details;
- When guests arrive you can give them a shake sample or tea sample or fizz stick sample. Note…for tea. Don’t ask what kind of tea. We have one kind of tea and it's the best!
- As guests arrive you can do the hand scrub at sink if you like - good time to talk.
- Some like the scrub, some like the shake for healthy living business;
- DON’T talk about Arbonne at all while guests are arriving…like nothing! It’s all about them. We have the next hour to talk so get to know them. Jobs, kids, hobby’s, church, workouts, mutual friends…ask, ask, ask and be interested. Remember people’s names and interesting things about them.
- START on Time!! Or as close to it. No more than 10 minutes late no matter what . I always ask my hostess who is late? Great I’ll catch them up after. We need to keep presentation simple and not take up people’s entire evening.
- Take control. Politely ask guests to come to the presentation area and get started.
PRESENTATION
Client profile sheet. I ask them to please fill out this sheet. I say “Make sure you fill it out because I am going to do a drawing at the end for a free gift." I am able to capture everyone’s information to follow up even if they do not order.
I start the presentation by thanking the hostess and giving her a gift. I make it look really nice and special. I also say something like. “AND she is going to get some amazing hostess rewards..from 35-50 % off …just for getting together a few friends. Something to think about.”
I ask who has heard about Arbonne…
I will then tell them what I am going to talk about tonight…
- What makes Arbonne’s products and company different
- Share our amazing products and let you test them out
- Share how you can get these products at a great discount…who doesn’t love a discount.
Then I would say… “Before I start I would like to share with you how I was introduced to Arbonne”…I will share my WHY (needs to be very compelling and from your heart) Needs to mix the amazing business opportunity in it as well!
Start the product presentation. Mention we are a company that knows the how important it is to be healthy from the inside out.

- Is this business for you? Never leave this part out. I will say something like. Before I meet with everyone individuals about your product needs and budget I want to mention the amazing business opportunity behind these products. I know this might not be a fit for you but you just might know someone (mom, sister, friend) who is looking for this opportunity.” I will then go through the ‘Is this business for you’ part of the script.
- Don’t forget your booking game. (envelope game, dice game)

- Excuse yourself to the bathroom or something
- Get every guests information regardless if they order or not
Follow up
- Get the NEXT POINT OF CONTACT.
- Ask people at checkout to host, join your business, referrals, etc. Make the plan right then and put in your calendar.
