Feeling stressed out? Tired? Just want something to do on a Tuesday night? Then you need to Free Up Your Mind!

Join us for a fun and relaxing night of FREE yoga led by an instructor from the T/W Fitness Center! Afterward, make a bag of healthy and delicious trail mix. You'll leave refreshed with your bodies and minds renewed and ready to take on the last bit of the semester!

NOTE: We will not be able to provide yoga mats, so we heavily encourage you to bring your own or a towel so that you can be more comfortable!
