Participants will plan and practice a post observation conference that provides focused feedback, identifies key levers, and identifies resources to support teachers in their learning.
Alignment to district evaluation and observation tools, such as the 5D+ Framework, TAP Evaluation System from the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, and the Iowa Teaching Standards, will be completed by participants to learn how the tools can extend and support one another in creating student-centered science classrooms.
