OREO
OREO is something that we did in ELA to help us understand how to reflect on what we just read. Oreo stands for Opinion, Reason, Example, and your opinion again. It was actually probably easy to remember because it is named after a cookie (; anyway, I thought it was fun, too, in my opinion.
Practice tests
I thought that the practice tests that the ELA teachers gave us really helped me to think about what skills I can work on and study for to prepare for the real test. For example, On one of the questions it said predict what you think that he will do next, and I'm terrible at those kind of things. So I studied for that at home and I think that I will do a lot better at that next time.
