From Nurse Martin...

I have been seeing a lot of student’s with constipation lately. A diet with fiber, physical activity, and plenty of water are just a few things that can help prevent constipation. According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, if symptoms last for 2 weeks your child should see a doctor. For more information on the signs and symptoms of constipation, causes, and remedies, please see the following website.

Information from our Counselor

We're hoping that 100% of our Bennett Bears participate in this year's dress-up days.
The Red Ribbon Campaign begins as National Bullying Prevention Month concludes, so
our dress-up days' emphasis will be on being both drug-free and bully-free!
