Upcoming Events
Free Meals Ending on May 27, 2022
Due to funding from a federal program, we were able to supply free meals to all children ages 18 and under for the past two years. That program is ending on the last day of school. After the last day of school, we can no longer provide universal free meals or bulk frozen meal kits.
This means students attending summer school will need to pay for breakfast and lunch, or they can bring their own food. Families who think they might qualify for free and reduced meals should apply for these benefits. If you applied for the 2021-2022 school year, you do not need to reapply for summer school, and you can check with our social worker, or our Nutrition Services department if you are unsure.
The application for the 2021-2022 school year and 2022 summer school will extend to the first 30 days of the 2022-2023 school year, and then eligible families will need to reapply to receive the meal benefits for the remainder of the upcoming school year.
If your child is eligible for free and reduced meal benefits and you apply, you can also receive additional benefits like fee waivers, activity scholarships, free screenings, school supplies and more.
You can find more information on our website: https://www.parkhill.k12.mo.us/families/menus-and-nutrition/free-and-reduced-meals

No-Tax-Increase Ballot Propositions
No-Tax-Increase Ballot Propositions
Paid for by the Park Hill School District
The Park Hill Board of Education placed Proposition I and Proposition N on the April 5 ballot.
o Proposition I:
Proposition I would allow us to maintain the community’s investment in our facilities and bring them up to date. It would also let us build a 12th elementary to help us move students out of classroom trailers and maintain class sizes.
o Proposition N:
Proposition N would help us maintain our high-quality school operations, including keeping our staff salaries competitive so we can recruit and retain the best teachers and support staff.
o I+N=No Tax Increase:
Together, these questions mean no tax rate increase.
See the website for more information, including what is in them for Park Hill.

Please remember that we do not allow outside food to be delivered to students. This is not just a Covid policy, but something we do to help our processes run more efficiently.
