6 PURPLE TEAM
Thanks for a GREAT year Purple team sixth graders! Students have done an amazing job this year! We are so proud of how well they adjusted to all the changes! Let’s keep it going for the next 2 weeks! Thank you to all the purple team parents for their support and cooperation with making this ‘crazy’ year a success!
7th Grade Pre-Algebra - Mrs. Rose
Grade 7 Science - Ms. Solari
The students have finished designing, building and testing their thermal mugs in science class. Now, they are going to analyze the results to determine how well their mug solved the problem. An impartial judge will be examining the students' designs and test results this week to decide which designs deserve to be considered to be manufactured by the Hot Stuff Supply Company (a made-up company with a real-world challenge). We will end the year with a short exploration of Ecosystems.
News from the School Nurse
Dear Parents and Guardians,
I really appreciate all of the time, energy, dedication, and money (co-pays, masks, hand sanitizers etc.) that you expended this past school year to help keep our students, teachers and families safe and healthy. I hope that all of you can find time this summer to enjoy being with your family outdoors and maskless.
THANK YOU!
Sincerely,
Sue Wiegers BSN, RN, NCSN
