OrlandoFest Competiton
We are getting ready for our 2019 Orlando Trip. We are excited! If you have family in the area and want them to come see our competition performance, here is the information:

Performance Times:
Concert Band - 5:10pm
Percussion Ensemble - 5:50pm
Mixed Choir - 8:30pm
Ladies Choir - 9:50pm
Uniform - Concert Attire for OrlandoFest
- Trip Band - Please wear only DMS Band approved Concert Attire!
Check for all parts of Uniform! (Incomplete/Incorrect Uniforms will not be excepted at Garment Bag Turn-In)

Trip Calendar
- Wednesday 3/27 - After School - 5:30pm - Medication Turn In
- Thursday 3/28 - 3:30pm-5:00pm - Trip Band Rehearsal (Mandatory for all Band Trip Students)
- Thursday 3/28 - 5:30pm - MANDATORY TRIP MEETING for Students and Parents - Starting at 5:00pm - Turn in forms, Bus Sign Up, Group Me Sign Up, Meet Chaperones, Medication Turn In, Receive t-shirts/bag (After meeting and all forms are turned in)
- Monday 4/1 - 7:30am-3:30pm - Garment Bag/Uniform Turn In (Please see Uniform Paragraph)
- Monday 4/1 - Medication Turn In (TBD)
- Tuesday 4/2 - 3:30pm-4:30pm - Trip Band Rehearsal and Load Trailer (Mandatory for all Band Trip Students)
- Wednesday 4/3 - 4:45pm - Arrive at DMS to Load Buses
- Monday 4/8 - 7:00am - Arrive at DMS (Parents will meet students at buses (Time to be Confirmed)

Trip Packet Forms
The following Forms will be included in the Trip Packet or available at the 3/28 Trip Meeting
- Out of State Field Trip form *MUST be Notarized (WHITE)
- Medication Forms (only those that need medication) (YELLOW)
- Student Code of Conduct *Signed (ORANGE)
- Packing List (GREEN)
- Uniform Compliance Form at Garment Bag Turn-in (PINK)
- Chaperone Responsibility Agreement (Chaperones Only) (BLUE)
- Tag-Along Agreement Form (Tag-Alongs Only) (RED)

Trip Snacks
To offset the cost of the 3rd bus, we are asking trip participants to help by donating drinks/snacks.

The trip will include:
-Motor Coach Transportation
-3 nights at Residence Inn
-2 day 2 park-hopper ticket to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure
-1 day Admission to Sea World
-Admission to Blue Man Group
-OrlandoFest Performance
Meals
-Snacks provided on bus
-Breakfast at Hard Rock Café upon arrival in Orlando
-Breakfast at hotel (Fri-Sun)
-(2) $15 Meal cards to be used for meals in Universal or City Walk for lunch
-(2) $20 Meal cards to be used for meals in Universal or City Walk for dinner
-(1) $20 Meal card to be used at Disney Springs for lunch
-(1) pizza at Orlando Fest Competition
-(1) All day dining at Sea World

Chaperones
