Doctors have said that too much coffee can raise your cholesterol levels. If you drink more than two or more cups a day it can increase your risk for heart disease. Depending on how you metabolize coffee could affect your health differently than others.
A Successful Morning
The ideal healthy breakfast contains 25% Proteins, 25% carbohydrates, and 50% fruits or vegetables. This type of breakfast prevents weight gain and allows your hunger to last until lunch time. It overall makes you feel better, even if your going to school or a job you hate a, healthy breakfast can set you to have a positive mindset about the challenges you have for the day.
