St. Michael's Library Newsletter
November 2013
St. Michael's students are being introduced to e-Books through a company called Brain Hive.
Brain Hive is a web based check-out for books. How does it work? Each student is given a username and password. 3rd through 6th grade were each given an introduction page The student then will go to our created Brain Hive website to log in. She/he may use a computer, I-pad, android phone or any device that has a browser to access the school's account. Once the student logs in you may review what book(s) she/he has read, start reading a book already checked out or click out a new book. The Student has a section where you may take notes. If you need to stop reading, you can bookmark your page.
Tiny Saints
A fun cute library fund raiser. Tiny saint charms can be worn as a charm, duh, or on a necklace, backpack, dog collar. What better way to have a saint hanging around and watching over your student? The multi-colored or black rosaries are very cute and perfect size for our young saints!!
