Classes currently being offered:
- Children's Classes (Ages 4-6)
Our Children's Program teaches the importance of focus and discipline through fast-paced, fun karate classes. Students will learn basic karate punches, blocks, kicks, and personal safety techniques in a fun inclusive environment.
- Youth Classes (Ages 7-13)
Our Youth Program helps increase self-confidence, self-esteem, and improved concentration through 'earned' belt rank exams while helping each student achieve their own personal potential.
- Teen Kickboxing (Ages 12-17)
The Teen Kickboxing class has been designed for those seeking their own personal fitness goals or those looking to compete in contact kickboxing. Students will learn proper boxing techniques and combinations as well as proper kicking techniques from both Karate and Muay Thai.
- Adult Fitness Kickboxing
Learn proper kickboxing techniques, develop confidence, learn self-defense, and get your burn on! We combine body weight exercises, with real kickboxing techniques and combinations to help burn up to 900 Calories per 1 hour class!
