The banquet will include awards, a highlight video, and dessert bars served. Friends + family are welcome - Hope to see you there!
STRENGTH / CONDITIONING
It is imperative that we continue to keep our athletes training throughout the year. If at some point in the year they stop training, they put themselves at risk for injury, and they won’t perform as well in their respective sports. The more consistently they train, the less sore they will be throughout the year or during the sports season.
Whether we’re in the off-season, pre-Season, or in-Season, it’s all about what we prioritize and training must be a priority.
OMC strength/conditioning coach, Olivia, will be in the weight room after school until 5:30pm daily. She has developed a program to increase our vertical jumps and power of our arm swings! The weight room is also available from 6am-7am Tuesday - Thursdays.
VENOM VOLLEYBALL
Informational meeting: Tuesday, November 14th @ 6:00pm in the Elementary School Library. There will be a Power Point presentation and opportunity to ask questions. The Power Point presentation will also be available online if you are unable to attend.

- Players 5th grade and older (up to 18 yrs old)
ADDITIONAL CLUB VOLLEYBALL OPPORTUNITIES
Venom teams typically have 4-6 tournaments with the majority of the season between winter and spring sports. The Venom season is shorter than other volleyball clubs to promote multi-sport athletes at Triton. If considering trying out for another volleyball club, make sure to check their website as tryout dates are coming up!
