2. Naughty or Nice Nutrition Quiz | Are Your Foods on the Nice List?

3. HRA Make Up Sessions at the Lakehouse Dec. 5th-6th
To stay current this quarter and earn your wellness reward for Q1 2018, schedule your HRA and get it done! Here is how to make an appointment with our onsite clinic:
- Go to CareHere.com, link below
- Click "Appointments"
- Go to the calendar and choose a date before the end of the year
- Select your time for the blood draw and click "Make appointment"
- Please add "biometric screening" in the notes box
- Be sure to fast 12 hours prior to your screening (water only- black coffee acceptable)
A biometric screening is a short health examination that can help determine the risk level for certain diseases and/or medical conditions. Knowing your numbers, such as levels of glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, etc., will help to establish a health baseline.
4. Onsite Mobile Mammography Dec. 6th

Mammograms with Northside Hospital ScreenAtlanta mobile service will be onsite on Wednesday, December 6th at the Lake House parking lot.
(Note: A written doctor's order is required for this exam.)
5. Stretch Therapy with Karen | Onsite Service Highlight
In case you were unaware, we offer stretch therapy in the Coliseum. The instructor is Karen Compretta, and she is onsite every Tuesday and Thursday. (You do not have to be a member of the Coliseum to utilize services).
In addition, she just completed her Instructor’s Certification training to be able to teach levels 1 thru 4 in The Rossiter System. She also took her second Mastery Series for Advance Techniques making her the first Advanced Practitioner and Instructor in the Atlanta area. The Rossiter System is a powerful pin and stretch technique that puts space back into your body allowing you to move more freely and to reduce pain. This system of workouts addresses low back pain, neck and shoulder issues, headaches to abdominal cramps, hip, thighs, hamstrings, adductors and calf pain, even carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, ankles and knees. If you have pain or any mobility issues in the soft tissue areas, we invite you to give Rossiter a try. It’s Fast, It’s Effective and It’s Safe!

7. Mindfulness Minute | Find Your Calm & Say Bah Humbug to Holiday Stress
However, by being mindful of our mental capacity, establishing boundaries and finding our calm, we can decrease stress and anxiety while boosting our emotional wherewithal. Mindfulness is about being intentional on being present, feeling the moments and breathing through them. With this simple practice we can find quick moments of calm and direct the "bah humbug" toward any holiday stress.
Mindfulness training can also assist with other important areas in our lives such as relationships and career growth. To assist with this practice, we offer 30 minute Mindfulness Meditation class Tuesday's at 12pm at the Lakehouse. Take 30 minutes with us to practice mindfulness at work.

Robin was born and raised in Queens, New York, and moved to Georgia in 2005. She has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years and truly shares passion around her clients achieving their best looks.
