About the Program
The Warren County 4-H Livestock Judging Program is respected throughout the state. Our teams have won state competitions and have competed well at national contests. We expect to place highly when we go to contests. The Ohio State Fair contest is our priority. Top placing senior teams at the Ohio State Fair are selected to represent Ohio 4-H at National livestock judging contests. Past Warren County 4-H teams have represented Ohio 4-H at contests in Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia. In 2011, a team of Warren County 4-Hers finished tenth at the National 4-H Livestock Judging Contest at the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville. In the past three years, Warren County has had three team members make the Ohio 4-H All Star Judging Team that represents Ohio 4-H at the National 4-H Livestock Judging Contest in Louisville, KY.
