Fall Meet the Coaches Set For July 25th

The fall season "Meet the Coaches" has been set for July 25th. Eligibility paperwork turn in will begin at 5:15 p.m. in the high school commons with the meeting portion of the evening beginning at 6:00 p.m. All eligibility paperwork must be complete to be turned in. All students participating in a fall MSHSAA sponsored activity must have this completed prior to the first day on August 6th. It is recommended that all paperwork be turned in at the "Meet the Coaches" event on July 25th. To ensure participation on August 6th all fully complete paperwork must be turned in no later than August 2nd at noon. A link to all eligibility paperwork can be found below.

Five Cheerleaders Earn NCA All-American Honors

The Howell Cheer program traveled to Mizzou for their annual NCA camp. During the camp five Howell cheerleaders earned All-American honors. Congratulations to Meghan Campbell, Taylor Florea, Brianna Campbell, Kylie Clay, & Maddie Postal for earning the NCA Speed Camp All American Award!

Howell Alum Graves Makes Major League Debut

Congratulations to Howell alum Brett Graves on becoming the first baseball player in Howell history to play in a Major League game. The former Viking and Missouri Tiger made his Major League debut for the Miami Marlins on Fathers Day. Viking fans are looking forward to following Brett and his Major League career!

Scholar Bowl Earns Strong Finish At National Tournament

The Howell Scholar Bowl team recently traveled to Atlanta to compete in the NAQT National High School Championship Tournament. Our Vikings placed 142nd nationally out of 352 schools from across the country invited to compete. This was their first appearance in program history!

Ganon Evans Ranks Among Best At National Scholar Bowl Tournament

Congratulations to Ganon Evans on finishing 17th individually out of the 1,650 scholar bowl participants at the NAQT High School National Championship Tournament.

Cheer Attends NCA Camp At Mizzou

The Howell Cheer program had a great NCA camp at the University of Missouri this past week. Many of our Lady Viking Cheerleaders were recognized for the leadership and cheerleader skills. Howell Activities Department Unveils New Website

You can now find all of our favorite Howell activities, clubs and sports in one location! The Howell Activities Department recently unveiled it's new website at The website contains links to programs, schedules, calendars and other important information for those wanting to learn more about the many opportunities offered at Howell. You can also download the free app by searching "rschool app" for your iPhone or Android device! The new website and app continues to add more information and features and we hope that this new resource will be helpful to all Vikings and fans.

Golden Girls Have Successful Team Camp

The back to back State Champion Golden Girls as well as the JV Golden Girls spent the past month preparing for team camp in Memphis. The dedication and hard work paid off for the GG's as they competed against programs from across the Midwest. Below you can find the results from the UDA Camp this week. Congratulations to the Golden Girls program on another great job of representing Howell!

Ebert & Grantham Earn All-State Honors

The post-season honors continue to come in for Howell programs. Recently both Dalton Grantham and Morgan Ebert were named to their respective All-State teams. Congratulations to Dalton and Morgan on these great accomplishments!

Drake Heismeyer Receives Football Offer From Mizzou

Howell Junior Drake Heismeyer has had a successful summer as he prepares for the 2018 football season. Recently Drake became only the second football player in Howell history to be offered a scholarship to an SEC school. The Class of 2020 student-athlete currently holds 3 offers. Congratulations to Drake!

Coach Jovanovic Named MSHSAA/NFHS Girls Swim Coach Of The Year

It was a very successful season for the girls swim program who brought home a State Championship and the programs first Final Four finish as a team. The awards and recognition continue to come in following the historic season. Just last week head coach Anna Jovanovic was named the MSHSAA/NFHS Missouri Girls Swimming & Diving Coach of the Year for 2017-18! Congratulations to the Howell alum for this great honor awarded to just one swim coach in the State.
