Midterm Exam and Module 9 Opens!

CELEBRATE: Fresh Beginnings

If you have not taken your midterm exam, you should take it TODAY. If there are extenuating conditions due to the weather, please have your ELA contact me.

  • Test corrections will be required of all students who score an 85% or below. The corrections will be due by Friday, January 23rd.
  • Remember that your midterm exam will only count as a single test grade - the first grade that you will earn for the 3rd grading period.

INSTRUCT: What will we study in Module 9?

Why do we do the things we do? In this module we will study motivation and emotion. In our study of motivation we will focus on motivational concepts, hunger, sexual motivation, the need to belong, and the motivation to work. When we move to emotion we will focus on the theories of emotion, embodied emotion, experienced emotion, and expressed emotion. I hope that this module is interesting and applicable to you! Let's get started!

INFORM: Module 9 & 10 Due Dates

During this semester, we will combine some modules' testing and assessments.

Modules 9 & 10 will be tested together after you have completed the assignments for BOTH modules.

· Module 9 will open on January 15th.

· Module 10 will open on January 23rd.

  • The test and research essay for these Modules will be the week of February 2nd.
