Reflective Question:
How aware of your body language, tone, and actual words are you when you are communicating with students and colleagues?
Tips
- Smile, smile, smile! It’s contagious!
- Seek feedback from your students on your body language and tone.
- Listening is a big part of communicating!
- SOLER – Square up, Open posture, Lean in, Eye Contact, Respond
