For the Learning Coach that is NOT the Legal Guardian
If the LC is NOT the LG, they will NOT be able to complete Re-Registration in the portal or the app.
HOWEVER--
The Learning Coach still has these three options:
- The LC clicks on the “Re-Register for the Fall” link and calls the phone number provided to finish the process over the phone
- The LG goes into their portal account from when they enrolled the student (or sets one up by calling the enrollment team) and completes the process
- Either adult may receive a text regarding Re-Reg and can submit the Re-Reg response by responding to it. This assumes the adult hasn’t opted out of texts

A. LCs can re- register by phone!
B. The LC can contact the LG to complete re-reg!
C. The LC may be texted re-registration information!

The 123's
1. Shipping address verification
- If the shipping address has not changed, the parent confirms it’s still correct and proceeds to the portal questions
- If the shipping address has changed, the parent is asked to provide an updated shipping address. The system will validate the address against Pitney-Bowes before allowing the family to submit it.
2. Portal questions
- After confirming or changing their shipping address, registering families will be prompted to answer a series of questions in the portal
Compliancy documents
- After confirming or changing their shipping address, and answering the portal questions, families will be prompted to submit the compliancy documents needed for the next school year.
