Open House October 11th
Ruben A. Cirillo High School will host a fall Open House on Thursday, October 11th from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Please take this opportunity to meet your child’s teachers and tour the High School. Here is more information about the event.

See Ms. Fee with any questions. | ASVAB is being administered to Sophomores On October 5th the administration of the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) will take place for 10th graders currently enrolled in our Parenting and Daily Living class. | Winter holidays will be here before you know it! Beginning October 9th, the Class of 2022 will be participating in their first high school fundraiser! The Freshman Class will be selling items such as unique gifts and high quality wrapping paper. Please consider purchasing items as a percent of the sales will provide support for the Class of 2022 activities. Orders can be placed until October 30th. |

Health and Attendance Office News
- Students who would like to participate in winter sports, please register through www.FamilyID.com - the site can also be found on the Gananda Athletic page. The deadline for registration for our winter sports is October 19th.
Schoology is the HS platform for communication
To access your parent Schoology account:
- Go to www.schoology.com and select “Log In” in the top right hand corner. (Do not select “Sign Up”)
- Select “Forgot your password”
- Please enter the email address you have provided to us for contact.
Please contact us (email hgravesmarkham@gananda.org) if you need to change or correct your email address in our system.
Please note - district communications and emergency messages will still be sent via SchoolMessenger. Gananda Central School District sends out notifications to parents via phone, text, and email messages during emergency situations through a software program entitled School Messenger. This system is separate from the Parent Portal system which keeps student records and information such as contacts, grades, and attendance. If your contact information is correct in Parent Portal, but you are still not getting the emergency notifications from the District, please contact Shannon Bergstresser directly at Sbergstresser@gananda.org or 315-986-3521 ext. 2408.
