5:00pm - Jazz Band arrive to change into Tuxedos

5:30pm - Jazz Band on Stage for Sound Check/Group Picture

5:45pm - Symphonic Band arrive to change into Tuxedos

6:00pm - Symphonic Band on Stage for Sound Check/Group Picture

7:00pm - Concert Begins

Additionally please prepare to bring the following treats for after the concert:

Freshmen/Sophomore - Small Dessert + 2 Liter of Pop

Juniors/Seniors - Small Dessert

Pictures will be the first thing we do as a group - if you are late, you will not be included in the group picture. I highly, highly recommend you arrive earlier than normal.

Pep Band Over Christmas Break

Over Christmas Break, the following games are set to happen:

12/18 - Basketball vs. Shaw (6:15pm call time)

12/23 - Basketball vs. Berea-Midpark (6:15pm call time)

12/31 - Basketball vs. St. Vincent - St. Mary (1:45pm call time)

Please consider signing up for these events --- I'd love (and I know Mr. O'Toole would as well) to see a full pep band. Alumni are welcome to join us at these events as well. Please spread the word! Just have them send me a quick e-mail so I know in advance they will be there!

Tentative Summer Dates

While this is not 100% finalized, there is a very strong chance the following dates will be used for Summer Rehearsals:

Percussion Camp: July 20th - 24th

Marching Auxiliaries Camp (at Saint Ignatius): July 22nd - 24th

Band Camp (at Saint Ignatius): July 27th - 31st

Band Camp (at Walsh University): August 2nd - 6th

A more definitive schedule and timeline will be released in early March. Please also note that the start of school for Saint Ignatius may be moved up to balance out the length of the semesters.

Did I Miss Anything?

Have a fantastic and relaxing Christmas Break, and a great New Year! God Bless!
