Submitting Entries in Utah Reflections Online
How to Log Into Utah Reflections Online
Go to the Utah State PTA website at www.utahpta.org.
In the upper right corner, click on the person icon. This will take you to “My Account.”
There are three tabs: Register, Reset password, and Sign in.
If you don’t have an account on utahpta.org, click on the “Register” tab and enter your information.
You will receive an email with a link to create a password.
Click on the link in the email and follow the directions.
If at any time you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Reset password” tab.
Click the “Sign In” tab.
Enter your user name/email address and password and click “Log in.”
After you log in, you will see the profile for your account.
In the upper right corner, click on the person icon again.
You are now logged in to Utah Reflections Online.
How to submit an entry in Utah Reflections Online
Log in to the Utah State PTA website and enter Utah Reflections Online (see instructions above).
On the main page of Utah Reflections Online, click on the light blue “Submit Reflections entries” button.
Click on the green “Add Entry” button.
Enter the requested information including the student name, parent/guardian contact information, and entry details. Note that fields marked with a red asterisk are required.
Remember to attach a Consent Form, if required.
When the form is complete, click on the blue “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.
