Last Week of School News

Students are allowed to bring a clear bookbag, lunchbox, or no bookbag (Monday-Thursday).

Students are not allowed to bring any bookbags on the last day of school.

On the last day of school, 8th graders will remain in the gymnasium during 1st Period. During this time, students can take pictures, sign shirts, and spend time with their teachers and peers.

At 10:00am, we will begin the 8th grade Clap-Out. After the Clap-Out, 8th graders will return to the gym or can be signed out before we transition into 8th Period.

Lunches will be served during 8th Period.

The Last Day of School Schedule is below.

8th Grade Clap-Out

Parents: If you are attending the 8th Grade Clap-Out, you can begin parking in the front of the school at 9:50 a.m. Bring your air horns, balloons, signs, and excitement.

Parents will not be permitted into the school for the clap-out; instead, you will engage in this activity on the bus ramp (front of the school).

Semester Exam Schedules

The attachment below contains the Semester Exam testing schedules. We ask that you refrain from signing your child out of school early and avoid appointments/vacations that will interfere with these dates.

Final Reports Cards Available-June 7th

Final Report Cards will be available online June 7th. To access your child's report card, visit the link provided below. You must have your child's student number, date of birth, and pin; or, student number and password.

Madison MS Closed for Summer Renovations

Madison MS will be closed during the summer months for fire alarm and building upgrades. Our front office staff will be located at Monroe MS, should you have questions or concerns during the summer. Jefferson HS Freshmen Camp Info

Hello Class of 2027!

Are you attending Jefferson High School in the fall? If so, Jefferson would LOVE for you to join their Freshmen FAST Camp that will be held from Tuesday, June 27th to Thursday, June 29th, from 8 am-12 pm at Jefferson High School. This is a great way for students to meet their freshmen teachers and fellow classmates as well as get acclimated to the high school environment. Students must register to attend (use the link below).
