The Creation of the computer
Alan Mathison Turing, OBE, FRS was a British pioneering computer scientist, mathematician, logician, cryptanalyst, philosopher, mathematical biologist, and marathon and He was born on June 23, 1912 in Maida Vale, London and died on June 7, 1954 in Wilmslow by committing suicide by taking cyanide . He created the worlds first computer, a machine he imagined to teach humans and be taught by humans. He spent most of his time before the war at Cambridge university, were he was a student. He was then recruited in England's war intelligence agency were he helped crack the German U-boat enigma code. Now we can use computers to drive cars, perform life saving and to keep in touch, thanks to him.
