1.) Chicken is normally lower in fact then beef, but not always.
2.)Lean cut beef is just as healthful as lean cut chicken.
3.)If you load chicken or beef with salt, fat, and/or preservatives. You can end up making the meat to where its not healthy for you.

Beef: There are more then 29 cut beef that meats the governments guidelines for lean. The USDA says that lean is defined as less than ten grams for total fat per 3-ounces serving. Lean cuts of beef have 4.5 grams or less saturated fat.
Chicken: Chicken can have as low as 114 calories to as high as 236. It all determines on the nutrients of the chicken. Whether your chicken is skinless, boneless, thigh or a drumstick.
White VS Dark Poultry
1.) White meat can be used for quick bursts of activity. White meat also normally has less total fat.
2.) Most Dark meat tend to contain more zinc, riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, vitamins B6 and B12, amino acids, iron than white meat
3.) Dark meat normal has more fat and takes a little long to thaw.
