The climate in this area is very humid. There are about 250 centimeters of rain per year and the latitude ranges from 15 degrees north and 25 degrees south. The average temperature of the tropical rainforest is between 68 to 93 degrees Fahrenheit.
Some animals that live in this biome are Africa Forest Elephant, Bengal Tiger, Chimpanzee, Common Palm Civet or Musang, Dawn Bat, Golden Lion Tamarin, Harpy Eagle, Jambu, Fruit Dove, King Cobra, Kinkajou, Linn's Sloth, Orangutan, Proboscis Monkey, Red-shanked Douc Langur, Silvery Gibbon, Slender Loris, Sumatran Rhinoceros, Toco Toucan, Vampire Bat, and Wagler's Pit Viper.
Some plants that are in this biome are Bengal Bamboo, Bougainvillea, Curare, Coconut Tree, Durian, Jambu, Kapok Tree, Mangrove Forest, Strangler Figs, and Tualang.
