Who is Mr. Mason?
Mr. Mason is the Assistant Principal at Jubilee Primary School. He is a 55 years old and very caring. He is Catholic and has 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
The Language Of The Creeds
Mr. Mason said that the Apostles Creed and The Nicene Creed are both belief statements.
Mr. Mason said that that both of the creeds are I believe, we believe and that Jesus died us and for our sake.
Mr. Mason said that the creed is powerful and important because of a common language.
Timeless words to live by.
Mr. Mason told us that they are timeless statements that people do not forget. The Creeds have true meaning to them. If you believe the Creeds, then you believe.
The Creeds are a direction, they are always there when you need them. They are a basic belief. Mr. Mason told us that when he's at church, the creed makes him feel like he's apart of something.
Connect Us To Other People.
Everyone has something to believe in, if we didn't believe in something, we would be lost. They give you a common basis to make you feel like you belong. The Creeds connect us to other people.
Mr. Mason told us that the Creeds give you a clear basis. it gives you a feeling, a feeling like your apart of something, it gives me a sense of direction.
Why I Believe In The Creeds.
I believe in the Creeds because they make me feel apart of something and they give me direction and help. They give me a clear basis. I believe so we believe and I believe God died for our sakes and for our lives.
