Student Spotlight - Makenzie Morrisey, Senior MIS Major
"I credit much of my success to the career center, truly. When I first started at UGA, I had little confidence in my resume, skills, and experience. However, my career consultant quickly helped me see how I can vibrantly showcase the significance of my past work experiences and projects. Fast-forward to today: my consultant has proven to be one of my most valued resources during my college career. From pre-career fair research, to thank you notes for recruiters, writing effective cover letters, and acing interviews and case studies, the career center has helped me accomplish my goals and land my dream job at Avanade, where I will be starting as a data engineering analyst upon graduation!" - Makenzie Morrisey, Senior MIS major
