February Meditation Offerings
Meditation @ The Hut February 13, 16, 21, 23
Due to the response of last semester's exam period guided meditations, Friends Center Intern (and practicing Buddhist) John Kernodle will be offering more opportunities for guided meditation practice this semester!
We will explore somatic, visualization, listening, and mindfulness meditation practices.
February Meditation begins on Tuesday the 13th at 7pm.
No prior experience with Buddhist meditation required, all you need is a cushion for your head (this can be a towel or pillow) as we will be lying on our backs. Take a load off and find some relief with guided meditation at the Hut!
