Here are the maps for the route the WFHS Seniors will walk Tuesday afternoon at 1:30PM. FCHS Seniors will walk the route on Thursday at 1:30PM.
Our 5th graders will walk the same route Friday morning at 8:30.
Have your class lining the marked route (including bus and car line sidewalks).
WFHS & FCHS seniors will contact us when they load buses to head our way. We will then send out a Remind or all call when you can take your class out to line the route. This is a fun way for us to celebrate former Sawnee students as they graduate high school!

Summer Reading to Share
FoCo Summer Reading Plan
This year, there are just 3 items for you to add to your website and promote via social media to all of your parents.
- The 2019 Summer Reading Infographic-provides research, parent resources, book selection tools, links to all the Public Library activities, and an amazing video for students in grades K-12.
- The 2019 Summer Reading Poster- contains 5 tips for summer reading in all grade levels and a QR code that links to the Infographic. Three 11x17 posters will be provided to each school. Media Specialists will pick them up at their meeting on May 3rd. Please hang the posters at your school and upload the digital version to your website and social media.
- The 2019 Local Author Summer Reading Video- a 4 minute video explaining the benefits of reading for enjoyment in all grades. This video is also part of the Infographic. Please play this video to your students and upload it to your website.
