Attention All 8th Graders
Summer School Gym: Those of you taking high school gym during the summer need to turn in the yellow physical card (dated on or after April 1, 2023) to the gym teacher on the 1st day of class. Yellow cards can be found in the nurses office or our school’s website. For students with asthma needing to use their inhalers before or during gym, turn in the Asthma Action Care Plan to the high school nurse before gym class starts.
Physicals: All incoming freshman need to get a physical, (dated on or after April 1. 2023) and turn it into the high school nurse on the 1st day of school-August 16, 2023. Those of you involved in sports will need a physical AND an IHSAA form to be completed.

From the Nurse
All medication in the nurse's office needs to be picked up by 2 pm on May 30th. All medication that is not picked up by May 30th will be discarded. We cannot send medication home with students for safety reasons, so all medication needs to be picked up by an adult. Due to moving into a new building, we cannot keep the medication any longer than this date. If you have any questions, please contact the nurse at 663-1507 ext. 12081.
