Birth and Death Rate
If the death rate is larger than the birth rate, the species population will be smaller. If the birth rate is higher than the death rate, the species population will larger.
Entering and Leaving the Population.
A species can enter the population is by being born into it. That is the most common way an animal can enter the population is by it being born into the population. A common way a species will leave a population is by it dying. The ways a species can die it by having to compete with others for food or dying a natural death.
