Learning Update - Capco Bratislava

spring is finally here, and so is the 3rd issue of our monthly Learning & Development newsletter. This month we were busy with Training day preparation but first let me briefly summarize what we have accomplished until now.
Monthly review - February 2015
Roundtables - as part of roundtables we have discussed results of your skills self-assessment. Based on these we have suggested trainings that should help you to close any identified skill gap. These recommendations will be taken into consideration when planning next Training day in Q2.
Coaching session - on March 13 we have delivered coaching session for 11 coaches. The main objective of this training was to give you the capability and confidence needed when providing outcome of the roundtables to your protégés. I would like to thank Rachel Day for delivering this session virtually.
What's coming up?
Train the trainer session - as most of the trainings in CAPCO is delivered internally we have designed Train the trainer course which will help you to deliver training effectively and with impact. This training is scheduled on March 26 in the afternoon and again it will be delivered by Rachel Day virtually.
Training day - you all should have invitations in your calendar already with all the logistic details. There will be 13 training sessions running in parallel in our office and Crowne Plaza. We have planned variety of trainings including Business analysis, Financial products trainings, Technical trainings and some more, so we hope everyone will enjoy this Friday. Looking forward to meet you all at the Town Hall.
