Parents and Students,
- Due to the amount of rain we have gotten and the threat of more rain today, ALL Thursday night Homecoming festivities have been cancelled. Homecoming King will be crowned at the pep rally on Friday, which will begin at 2:35. Parents, if you are coming to the the pep rally, please park in the church’s parking lot and you may take your students with you at the end of the pep rally. Do not leave unattended cars in car line. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Boston Butts will be available for pick-up under the pavilion today from 2:40-5:00pm.
- Tuesday, October 2nd, is make-up Fall Picture Day! This is only for students who either did not have their picture taken previously or for those who need a re-take.

Wendy's High School Heisman Scholarship
Seniors interested in applying for the Wendy’s High School Heisman Scholarship can apply online at www.wendyshighschoolheisman.com. The application deadline is October 17.
PSAT
We have spots still available for the PSAT/NMQT Test scheduled for October 24. Students interested in taking the test should contact Mrs. Childers at katherine.childers@wca-hsv.org. The cost is $16. Juniors interested in competing for the National Merit Scholarship Program must take the PSAT/NMQT.
