The Aswan High Dam

The Aswan Dam is along the Nile River. It was built in the 1960s-1970s. It is located in Africa Aswan, Egypt. The Aswan High Dam was built because there were a lot of floods. Also because it decreased the amount of fish. The Aswan High Dam does not pollute the water and uses turbines. The Aswan high dam is important because it controls the Nile's floods and can make electricity and can be easily controlled.

Lake Tana

Lake Tana sends water to the blue and white Nile. Its in the eastern part, connected to the Blue and White Nile mostly Blue Nile. mIts the Blue Nile head water. This lake sends water down to the blue river.

Lake Victoria

Lake Victoria shows all the water from the Nile that flows into lake Victoria. Lake Victoria Sends water to the White Nile, and its a large, shallow lake in Uganda. Did you know... Lake Victoria is the largest lake in Africa, the surface area is about 70000 km2.
