There are plenty of Professional Development resources here- check it out for tips and tricks! (Including the possible questions for mock interview.)

Mock Interview Day will be held Oct 4. There will be 15 minute time slots during which Professional Development committee members will hold the interviews. One lucky winner will receive a cool OHIO business portfolio and a cool $20 gift card. Sign up for a time slot here.

Business Cards? We love them! Pay Hannah 3 dollars and fill out this google form by tomorrow, Sept 28, to get your own!

Allison and Student Outreach

Save the date for YELL LIKE HELL, which is a mandatory event: Thursday October 8 at 8:30 in the Baker 1st floor parking lot. Featuring President Roddy D, dancing football players, and Section 8! ARE YOU FIRED UP?

There will be a pre-party event held at 6:30 by UPC (unfortunately we will not be destroying cars). If you sign up for a shift at this event it can count as your required shift for YLH, but please plan to stay for the event cause it's going to be awesome!

Keep an eye out for Yell Like Hell job assignments. Coming soon. This is a mandatory event, so please email Allison and Melissa with work or class excuses.

HOMECOMING T-SHIRTS are in! They will be approximately $20, but we're working on bringing that price down if we can.

Thank you to jackie, Emma, Nick, and Mikey for modeling the T-shirts!

Amanda and Philanthropy

Keep your eyes peeled for the Athens Food Pantry food boxing information if you signed up. Thanks for all the interest!

Pack the Pantry will take place October 5-8 in the Baker 3rd floor Atrium. Start saving extra meal swipes if you have them. Members are required to bring at least 4 cans. The drive will be focusing on canned food only. There will be one giant can castle! YAY.

Remember: you MUST sign up for at least one Pack the Pantry tabling shift! Please email Amanda (am822312@ohio.edu) and Melissa (membership act above) if you're unable to make it to any of these shift times. *ProTip: Sorority and Fraternity Day shifts on the last page are two points each! Woot woot!* More shifts= more points.

PTP Rules for Participants:

For every 2 cans or 1 dollar donated individuals will receive two raffle tickets. Winners must be present at YLH to win. There will be cash prizes for the winning groups or organizations. The entire organization does not need present to win, but a representative must be there.

Bobcathon: (it's still a thing)

Let's get it started in here!

Last year SAB was one of the largest funding groups at the event, so let's keep it going!

Dancers must raise $100 dollars, but SAB will help with your efforts. This year our dancers will be a subcommittee. Sign up now!

Interested in being a morale captain? Talk to Melissa!

Pop Tabs:

Start saving your potpies and bring them to Ally Keuhn. We're competing with Student Senate to see who can collect the most pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House! The wining organization will receive a pizza party (if we win, senate buys us pizza!)

Reminder that the Athens food pantry box packing shifts are tomorrow. See the google ppt linked above for your shifts on Amanda's Slide.

Emily and Internal Activities

Full Board Retreat: Is a mandatory and super super fun event. Save the date for Oct 15 at 7:00 pm. Location TBD.

"I'm a nerd and you're a nerd too if you'll be at retreat!"

End of Meeting Announcements

Allison Zullo is having a focus group for a class. If you regularly attend music festivals shoot her an email to participate.

Emma Perrin is running in the Columbus half marathon to raise money for Nationwide Children's Hospital. Help her team raise money for Child Illnesses, contact her for the link!

Gabby Kraml says you should look on the Athen's county food pantry's website so see what is needed and what they can and can't use. It's updated regularly!

Amanda Moline: Make sure the food you donate is not expired because the food pantry can't accept expired products.

Kate Stone: Let me know if you're interested in modeling, I'm in a portraiture and fashion class and I need more people to take pictures of!

That's all folks.

Until next week. This is Kate Stone with your meeting minutes.
