Students NEED to Bring Their Own Mask to School

It is important that students supply their own masks for school each day. Like all school supplies, if your family is unable to provide a mask please let the office know so that we can assist you. Otherwise, we'll expect students to come to school prepared for the day with a mask from home.

Mrs. Prince Interview

First Dance

Last Thursday was TJHS’s first dance! The theme was a red, black and white sports dance and the gym was covered in streamers, balloons, and strings of lights in the school colors. One of the walls was decorated with a sort of “Photo booth,” where friends lined up to take pictures together before heading to the dance floor. DJ Dixon had the students partying to all the classic dance music, including YMCA, The Cupid Shuffle and The Cha Cha Slide. Most entertaining of all was the performances by the sports teams. The football boys surprised everyone, with their own version of The Chicken Dance, as well as the cross country kids conga line turning into a huge affair, with everyone joining in. The Cheerleaders and Volleyball girls also got a chance to show off their moves during Cheerleader and Dora the Explorer. This dance was certainly one to remember!
