Our field trip will be Thursday May 11
· Be sure to wear your gray Dodd Wylie Way t-shirt
· We will begin loading the buses at 8:45 a.m. and will leave Dodd at 9:00 a.m. We plan on returning close to 2:00 p.m.
· You will need to send a sack lunch for your child unless you’ve made arrangements for the cafeteria to make one.
· No lunchboxes please, everything needs to be disposable. Make sure that your child’s first and last name is on the lunch sack. There will not be an ice chest for drinks because we will be eating lunch at different times.
· Please encourage your child to be on his/her best behavior on the field trip. Students are expected to be good listeners and to keep hands/feet to themselves unless the activity is hands-on.
· remind your child to STAY with his/her group and parent volunteer.
· If you are accompanying us on the trip, you will need to be at school by 8:30.
