Passport to a Great Adventure

Our Passport to a Great Adventure reading challenge just completed its first month, and the race between schools is heating up! While students are out next week, be sure to stay in the reading habit and continue to fill in those passports. Remember, students get entered into prizes for their reading efforts. Let's continue the momentum into month two!

Galileo FBLA visits Williamsburg

Galileo’s FBLA board went to Williamsburg on Thursday and Friday to participate in the Virginia FBLA Learn to Lead Conference. They participated in a Colonial Williamsburg scavenger hunt, team building exercises, a ghost tour, an etiquette lunch, and workshops focused on chapter management

Author visits Forest Hills

Author Nathaniel Provencio visited the Fifth Grade Bears on Thursday to share his book, Pablo's Big Dream. Students participated in a wonderful discussion with the author. Thanks, Mr. Provencio!

Chalk Walk at Park Avenue

Students at Park Avenue celebrated meeting their attendance goal with a Chalk Walk on Wednesday. They had a blast!
