Mrs. Frishe's PreK Class
October 13, 2015
All classes will get 10% of the funds raised for classroom needs. The top class for donations will get to keep 25%. We were the #1 class for pledges; let's try to get all of those pledges collected and turned in. This will help us buy much needed items for the classroom that we cannot use Georgia PreK funds for.
Thank you for all of your hard work and generosity. The kids (as well as Mrs. Aksamit and I) really enjoyed winning all those pledge days. A special thank you to all of the parents, especially our room moms, for your help in making Run4Funds such a fantastic event. And thank you to Mr. Weidner for being our unofficial photographer and providing each parent with a photo from the day's fun event.
Thank you to all parents who have sent in special items for our classroom. We've received gourds for our science and home living centers, cookie cutters for art center, and rice for science and sensory centers. And thank you to parents who have already sent in candy for Meet and Treat Night. We need everyone to send in one bag for this special night. We could potentially have over 700 students trick or treat that night if most or all participate. We will need lots of candy.
A special shout-out to Danielle Bagby for supplying us with a super prize box and lots of prizes. If anyone else would like to contribute small items to our prize box they will be greatly appreciated. The dollar stores and clearance sections are great places to pick up a bag of goody bag type items.
